Michelle Becker-Ambrozic & Associates is a full service insurance brokerage specializing in health, life, disability and employee benefits. With over 80 years combined experience in California health products, we help our clients find quality health plans at competitive rates, and continue to provide personal and prompt service for any issues that may arise on an everyday basis.

We are contracted with all California insurance carriers and we are experts at making sure our small and large group clients are receiving every tax advantaged option available to them.

Our insurance brokerage is based on the belief that our customer's needs are of the utmost importance. Our office is committed to meeting those needs. We encourage all of our clients to call us directly for any and all insurance related questions or concerns including:

Claims: Should you encounter problems with a claim being processed by your insurance carrier, or feel that it is being processed incorrectly, our assistance is only a phone call or email away.

Service: Calling insurance companies directly can result in lengthy hold times. If you need a provider reference, a new ID card or a benefit summary, simply call our office. If you are an employer or group administrator, we handle employee terminations, COBRA transfers, new hires and add-ons. We also handle the entire open enrollment process each year, as well as shopping all the carriers annually to make sure our employer group clients are getting the most competitive rates.

General and Account Specific Questions: If you or your employees have any questions regarding your plans such as: what is and is not covered? How much plan co-pays are? What needs prior authorization? Our office is always available for help.

There is no charge to you for using a broker, just the benefit of having a direct contact who will advocate for you, problem solve and keep your plans and rates the best they can be!
